Julie E believes in living life to the fullest. She loves to surf, ski, play the drums, and do Acro yoga. Julie’s a huge fan of Pilates and is a big time yogi. Julie’s quest for health and fitness began in her teens, when she took over the family food shopping and cooking. She loves to travel and enjoy life and knows this is possible when you feel great every day. Julie lives in Southern California with her 10 year-old son, who says ‘why wouldn’t anyone want to be healthy?’

People think being healthy is hard. Julie E knows this is not true. She teaches you little things you and your kids can do, which make a significant impact in your health.
Julie suggests you eat for your “TODAY” body. If you’re training for a triathlon, your ‘diet’ should be different than if you’re going through a divorce, and your ‘diet’ would be different than if you’re a nursing mom. This means, sometimes you’d be a carnivore and other times you might focus on vegetarian meals.
You’ll always want to eat way more healthy oils (good fats) than you can even imagine, tons of vegetables, organic foods, non GMO foods, organic – grass fed animal products, bison and lean meats and more.
You’ll always want to avoid: Leftovers more than 24 hours, fried foods, soy (unless non GMO) and all soy that is filled with GMOs, sugar, dairy, bottom feeder fish and more.
A healthy diet, depends on your ‘today’ body and is:
- Sometimes a carnivore
- Sometimes a vegan
- Sometimes raw
- Sometimes cooked
- Most of the time : Paleo
