If diet and exercise were ‘it’ then we would ALL be HAPPY.
However, so many people are still not happy and have not found inner peace. For this reason, I want to remind you that the ONLY path to true Wellness, is through the MIND.
Yes, this is true!
Underneath all the physical health issues, 100% of the time, we find emotional trauma and stress. Think about it – people are often emotional eaters. They gain weight, have health issues and once they lose the weight, there is the agony of truly facing the real problem/s. We’ve all seen the show ‘The Biggest Loser” and witnessed the tears and emotional outbreaks as they get closer to losing the weight.
For these reasons and more, I share with you what I call a PERSONAL HEALING MOMENT. When you take a few minutes daily to check in with yourself and breath out stress and assess your body/mind or breath in new positive thoughts and intentions – I guarantee, life is easier. When we do this regularly, we remove emotional trauma before it ‘affects’ us. We keep it away. It doesn’t require a one hour meditation. All that is required is for you to take a quick moment to get in touch with your own body and breath and with intention release stress, trauma and anything in your way of happiness.
To guide you to this peaceful place, I have come up with words, that, when said in your mind (or out loud when you are alone) , clears out emotional stress and trauma and makes your breath easy and soft again.
Take these words, go find a peaceful place, take the time to breathe and meditate.
