As an essential mineral for life, zinc plays a key role in many important physiological functions as well as providing important immune support. This liquid zinc (as zinc sulfate heptahydrate), is made using 100% purified water (not filtered or tap water which may contain impurities).
Take 1 ounce (a 'shot'), swish and swallow. If you taste 'nothing' you are flat out deficient!  Use it again daily until you taste it and it will be a strong unpleasant taste.
